PLACING YOUR ORDER

Payments for your reading are handled through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order your reading and to make payment. Once you have placed your paid order, our office will receive confirmation of your order, at which time you will be notified at the telephone number you provide within 48 hours to schedule your appointment date and time, provided you live in the United States. If you live outside the United States, you will need to phone our office number, (417)-848-8888 to schedule your appointment.

Appointments are generally scheduled Monday – Saturday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM (US Central Standard Time). Occasionally Jo will accept evening appointments however this is by exception only rather than normal practice.

APPOINTMENT DAY

Jo will phone the telephone number you provide on your appointment day at your scheduled appointment time. All calls with Jo will begin and end promptly to avoid scheduling conflicts.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, AND REFUND POLICIES

Reschedules:

In order to schedule and to hold your appointment time with Jo, all readings must be prepaid by credit card. If rescheduling your appointment is necessary you must phone our office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, otherwise a fee of $50.00 will be assessed to reschedule your appointment. This fee must be prepaid by credit card prior to rescheduling.

Cancellations:

In order to schedule and to hold your appointment time with Jo, all readings must be prepaid by credit card. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a fee of one half the cost of your scheduled session will be deducted from any refund. Readings that are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. You must phone our office to cancel your appointment.

Refunds:

Ask that your reading or consultation be stopped within the first 3 minutes of your call, and you will receive a full refund. Any call that extends beyond 3 minutes will not qualify for a refund due to the predictive nature of your reading.  No refunds are offered on numerology reports.

Additional Information:

Many times callers insist on receiving answers which are in keeping with personal desires versus truth. If you are seeking a reading which will result in placating your desires instead of receiving honest predictions, Jo is more than likely not the reader for you.

Although Jo is extremely accurate, NO ONE is 100%. Not even the most famous psychic intuitives on the planet make such claims. Although it is a seldom occurrence, there are times when the energies that come through are difficult to interpret. Also, Jo does not guarantee outcomes as outcomes can and do change due to external influences.
